This months ride outs (weather permitting!)

Hello,
I hope all is well with the club.
I wonder if I might be permitted to bring to your attention my book that is about
to be published in some 35 days time!!!
Please see http://www.panther-publishing.co.uk/default.asp?contentID=54
The book is an account of two identical journeys 54 years apart around which
hangs the story of a 20th century icon, the Triumph motorcycle, and the times
through which it travelled. The first journey was undertaken in 1953 by Triumph’s
mercurial designer, Edward Turner and subsequently by myself in 2007. The era
coincided with mass mobility, the breakdown of the class system and the
emergence of popular culture. Consequently my book is about more than just
Triumphs but the British motorcycle industry as a whole, and indeed the times
through which we and our motorcycles have passed.
However the book may be of particular interest to your members because both
myself and Edward Turner rode through your county. The Gaffers Gallop started
from the Victoria Inn at Roche. Thus I have chapters titled "The Victoria Inn" and "The Victoria Inn Revisited" which present me with an ideal opportunity to contrast the changes between then and now.
As I am quite obviously not a modern celebrity I need every bit of publicity I can generate and if there is any way you could bring my publication date to your members and indeed ask one and all who may be interested to pass on this email, I would be very grateful.
The book is also be available at amazon

and Waterstones ( but not in store ) http://www.waterstones.com/waterstonesweb/products/nigel+winter/travelling+with+mr+turner/8140782/
and indeed Tescos ( again online only ) http://www.tesco.com/books/search.aspx?Ntt=travelling+with+mr+turner&Ntk=primary&VSI=1&Ntx=mode%2Bmatchall&Nt y=1&N=0
and WHSmiths ( same story I'm afraid )

Thank you sincerely for your time and I hope your club continues to prosper.
Best wishes,
